Program Requirements

These CAPTURIANT PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS (the “Program Requirements”) set out the Capturiant rules and requirements for developing and operating Projects that generate Environmental Asset Credits (“EACs”) that are real, additional, permanent, unique, and independently Verified. Project Developers also have the option to request Performance Environmental Asset Credits (“PEACs”) after a successful Validation.

Validation Body and Verification Body Requirements

These CAPTURIANT VALIDATION AND VERIFICATION BODIES REQUIREMENTS (the “VVB Requirements”) set out the Capturiant rules and requirements for the Validation Body and the Verification Body (either, a “VVB”) to become a Capturiant-approved or recognized VVB, for the appropriate VVBs to conduct validation of the Projects in accordance with the Capturiant Standard and for the appropriate VVBs to conduct an independent and rigorous Verification of the Environmental and Sustainable Development Benefits reported by Project Developers.

Registry Rules

These CAPTURIANT REGISTRY RULES (the “Registry Rules”) set out the Capturiant rules and requirements with the Account Holder user guidelines provided by Capturiant or published on the Capturiant Website which govern the access and use of, or integration with, the Capturiant Registry. These Registry Rules form a part of and are subject to the Capturiant Platform Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”).

Marketplace Rules

These CAPTURIANT MARKETPLACE RULES (the “Marketplace Rules”) set out the rules and requirements for eligible Users to (a) purchase, sell, aggregate, or otherwise transfer (b) retire, (c) market, and (d) own and Control the Assets on the Capturiant Platform or to facilitate the finance of Projects. The Capturiant Website and the Capturiant Registry are collectively referred to as the “Capturiant Platform.”

The validation scope is defined as an independent and objective review of the project’s Product Design Description (PDD) and associated submissions to Capturiant. The project is reviewed against the criteria stated in the Capturiant Standard. The validation team has employed a comprehensive approach, taking into account the feasibility, accuracy, risks, and other significant factors necessary to evaluate the PDD.
