Verification Bodies

The entities listed below are Capturiant Approved Verification Bodies:

VVB Requirements

The following Verification Bodies meet the VVB Requirements as outlined in the VVB Requirements Document. In accordance with Section 5.2 of the VVB Requirements, to be an “approved” Verification Body, the Verification Body must meet a majority of the following minimum requirements:

·  Be able to execute a Verification Services Agreement with a relevant Project Developer;

·  Provide a certificate of a Senior Officer (e.g., president, CEO, CFO) certifying that the Verification Body is an independent third-party entity with no formal corporate or informal relationship to Capturiant and there are no Conflicts of Interest (as defined below) (the “First Senior Officers Certificate”);

· Provide a certificate of a Senior Officer certifying understanding and competency with the Capturiant Standard and other Capturiant Program requirements and protocols (the “Second Senior Officers Certificate”, together with the First Senior Officers Certificate, the “Senior Officers Certificate”; and 

· Accreditation under International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14065:2013 or ISO 14065:2020 with conformance to all accreditation requirements under ISO 14065, ISO 14064-3:2006, ISO 14064-3:2019, ISO 14065: 2020 and all other accreditation requirements; or 

· Accreditation under a Capturiant Approved Accreditation Body (see the list of Capturiant Approved Accreditation Body at the following link; or

·  Be able to demonstrate significant sector expertise in the fields for which they are seeking approval; and

·  Employ at least one staff member (or contracted personnel) to be designated as Lead Verifier. Successful completion of training may be required at Capturiant’s discretion.

Mr. Row has over 25 years of experience in capital raising, deal structuring and energy finance, including project finance, equity and debt securities, risk management and digital securities. He has originated and arranged funding, in excess of $10 billion. Mr. Row is a Chartered Financial Analyst and maintains Series 7, 24, 28, 63, 79 and 99 FINRA securities licenses. He serves as a member of groups such as the Houston Society of Financial Analysts, Houston World Affairs Council, and Houston Producers Forum, is the author of several oil and gas issues and is a featured speaker at global industry conferences.

Interim Chief Operations Officer

Mrs. Sills focuses on origination and distribution of capital raise transactions as well as managing client & investor relationships, assisting with compliance, facilitating transactions with investors, as well as coordinating and managing various strategic partnerships for the firm. She has experience in a wide range of industries including Specialty Finance, Technology, Real Estate, etc. Prior to joining Capturiant, Mrs. Sills worked at AMex Partners, which is a private Oil and Gas Company. Mrs. Sills holds Series 79 and 63 professional licenses.
