Capturiant is designed to solve the inefficiency and complexity currently plaguing environmental asset markets by deploying best practices in standardization, authentication, regulatory compliance, transparency, product creation, and asset warranty. Through our regulatory expertise, experienced team, global partnerships, and meticulously selected technologies, Capturiant is bringing the next technological advancement to an inefficient and stagnant industry. Pedro Blanco
Head of Business Development
• Senior Investments & Finance Executive offering more than 20 years of quantifiable achievements in engineering, corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, and joint venture partnerships.
• Education: MBA in Corporate Finance and Corporate Strategy at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a bachelor’s degree with honors at Universidad Simón Bolívar. 
• FINRA 7, 63, and 65 licenses. Previously held Series 24 license.

Director

• Experience in project management and M&A within energy, industrial, technology, and healthcare

Jeffrey Mobley, CFA, MD
Managing Director, Structuring
• 28+ years of experience in energy industry; corporate, investment banking, private equity, equity research
• CFO of three private upstream oil and natural gas companies. Former senior management at Chesapeake Energy, American Energy Partners, Permian Resources and Gavilan
• Marketed and completed more than $40B of capital formation across energy sectors
• Education: BS in Agriculture Economics from New Mexico State University; MBA in Finance from University of Pennsylvania (Wharton)

Our Team

James C. Row

CEO, Founder

Mr. Row has over 25 years of experience in capital raising, deal structuring and energy finance, including project finance, equity and debt securities, risk management and digital securities. He has originated and arranged funding, in excess of $10 billion. Mr. Row is a Chartered Financial Analyst and maintains Series 7, 24, 28, 63, 79 and 99 FINRA securities licenses. He serves as a member of groups such as the Houston Society of Financial Analysts, Houston World Affairs Council, and Houston Producers Forum, is the author of several oil and gas issues and is a featured speaker at global industry conferences.

Paul Mottola

Interim Chief Operations Officer

Mrs. Sills focuses on origination and distribution of capital raise transactions as well as managing client & investor relationships, assisting with compliance, facilitating transactions with investors, as well as coordinating and managing various strategic partnerships for the firm. She has experience in a wide range of industries including Specialty Finance, Technology, Real Estate, etc. Prior to joining Capturiant, Mrs. Sills worked at AMex Partners, which is a private Oil and Gas Company. Mrs. Sills holds Series 79 and 63 professional licenses.
