Capturiant is compensated by listing party for listing the offering of the list party’s securities for all assets. These fees are comprised of Set Up Fees and Monthly Fees, the amount of which is determined by the parties involved. Initial listing fees shall be payable to Capturiant on or before the Effective Date of the agreement between Capturiant and The Issuer. Monthly fees are non-refundable and shall be payable via ACH electronic fund transfer on the first day of the month for the duration of the term of the agreement. Issue has agreed to pay [or has paid] [amount TBD] in Set up Fees and Monthly Fees. Further, upon the receipt of any self-directed funding arising from an Investment Listing, Listing Party shall make payment to Capturiant of a Platform Fee, which is determined based on the Transaction Size and the time period in which the closing of a transaction occurs, in accordance with our fee structure table.
