These Terms of Service and the Platform Rules outline the obligations of an Account Holder with respect to such Account Holder's use of the Platform to publicly list Projects that follow the Capturiant Program Requirements and to record the issuance of Environmental Asset Credits (“EACs”) and Performance Environmental Asset Credits (“PEACs”, collectively, "Assets" and each an "Asset"), store such Assets, conduct the purchase and sale of such Assets, and track the delivery and transfer, collateralization, retirement, and/or cancellation of such Assets.
